We understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to reschedule your appointment — we simply ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment, a $100 no-notice fee will apply.

You’ll receive an automated confirmation text prior to your appointment — please make sure to respond to this message to confirm your booking.

We genuinely appreciate your understanding. As a small business, last-minute cancellations or no-shows can significantly impact our team. Timely notice allows us to offer your appointment to someone on our waitlist.
