We want you to love your products, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s everything you need to know about returns and exchanges:

Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, we will honour a full refund or replacement — no questions asked. Please contact us within 14 business days of receiving your order and include photos where possible.

Change of Mind

If you’ve purchased a product either in clinic or online and it’s not quite right for your skin, we’re happy to exchange it for another product of equal value. Products must be returned in near-new condition within 14 business days of purchase.

Shipping & Click + Collect

Free Shipping Australia-wide on all orders.
Click + Collect is available during clinic hours. Please contact us before arriving to ensure your order is ready, as we may be in treatment. To arrange a product pickup, simply proceed to the link below and select the Product Pickup option via our Timely system here.

Gift Wrapping

Complimentary gift wrapping is available! Simply leave a note at checkout and we’ll package it beautifully for you or your loved one.
